Diamond frame from the Ninja 300 features high-tensile steel components, reinforcement gusseting and rubber front engine mounts.  Rigidity balance fine-tuned on the circuit ensures the high level of chassis stability necessary for sport riding.  

A cover for the radiator fan directs engine heat away from the rider for increased comfort.

Kawasaki’s original linkage-equipped Uni-Trak rear suspension delivers a smooth ride and stable handling over a wide range of speeds and road conditions.

Lightweight supersport-style aluminium footpegs add a sporty image and provide a more direct feel when sport riding.

Open-deck style die-cast aluminium cylinder is lightweight and features supersport-style plated bores for high durability.

Wide rear tyre contributes to the Z300’s high straight-line stability.  The tyre compound offers good grip in both dry and wet conditions.

Sporty instrument package combines a large, analogue-style tachometer with a multi-function LCD screen. Amber LED backlighting adds to the Z300’s Supernaked image.

Parallel Twin engine produces smooth, torquey power at low and medium rpm and powerful acceleration at high rpm.  Like the Ninja 300, it features a sleeveless, plated, die-cast aluminium cylinder and lightweight coated pistons. 

Like other models in the Z Series, the Z300 features a “mass-forward, minimalist-tail” design concept.  Its aggressive headlamp housed in a compact cowl, muscular, athletic bodywork and slim tail design create a very distinctive silhouette.

A relaxed, upright riding position accommodates a wide range of riders.  The wide grip of the handlebar facilitates active rider input for exciting, dynamic riding.
