On their stand in Hall 11 - location N46 - Kawasaki Motors Italy will display machines from every style category in the Kawasaki motorcycle range from Ninja to Classic and Z to KX…plus all points between… including a JetSki and an ATV!
Show goers will enjoy the chance to have the best possible overview of the entire 2025 range all in one place; and one of the highlights for media and public alike will be the opportunity to see and examine five new Kawasaki models.
While the famous W brand can trace its roots way back to the W1 650 of 1966, the Kawasaki owned Meguro brand enjoys an even longer heritage as one of Japan’s most prestigious two-wheel names which now proudly celebrates its centenary. Using a robust and characterful air-cooled, single cylinder engine mounted in a common chassis, each machine varies in its styling approach with the W230 model rightly promoted as the “original icon” while the Meguro S1 harks back to the popular Meguro 250cc SG model of the 1960’s.
Kawasaki will introduce two 1100cc class machines in 2025. With an increase in cylinder capacity the new Versys 1100 also delivers more peak power. Displacement rises from 1,043 cm
3 to 1,099 cm
3 for 2025 and this – along with other subtle adjustments - increases maximum power from 120 PS to 135 PS. Additionally Kawasaki’s Rideology the App Motorcycle now offers a smartphone optimised voice command function.
The 2025 Ninja 1100SX offers increased torque across the rev range with ratio changes delivering longer 5
th and 6
th gears. Additionally, the quick-shifter now operates from 1500rpm plus other rider aids including electronic cruise control, power modes, cornering management, K-TRC traction control and intelligent anti-lock brakes.
The stunning new Z900 will be seen in the flesh for the first time at EICMA. Taking Sugomi to the next level, a sharper-looking new front end plus an advanced LED light-guiding taillight deliver a futuristic design. New brushed aluminium side shrouds give the Z900 a high-quality feel while the new, 5” all-digital TFT colour instrumentation offers a voice command feature and on-screen turn by turn navigation as standard via the Rideology the App Motorcycle smartphone application.
The team at Kawasaki Motors Italy are also planning to show the KX250X of Italian Enduro Champion, Davide Soreca while promising an intriguing “teaser” display of a possible new machine for the future. Add a retail store as part of the stand delivering special show offers and the need to visit Kawasaki at EICMA becomes compelling. See you in Milan!
