The new 2025 Versys 1100 has been selected as an official machine for the first year of the partnership. This marks Kawasaki's renewed involvement with the world’s most famous cycling race, a relationship dating back to the mid-1980s when models such as the GTR1000 and, more recently, the 1400GTR played key roles.
 
With a combination of all-day comfort and increased power and torque for the 2025 season, the Versys 1100 will fulfil essential roles in organising and controlling the races, including road opening and key event support functions across the Tour de France, Paris–Nice and other major European races.
